This Privacy Policy explains how Sponza (“Sponza”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit sponza.algominds.ai and related pages we control (the “Site”).

This policy covers the holding page / waitlist. When our external Sponza app goes live, it will have its own privacy information for the in-app experience.
  1. What data we collect

Data you provide

  • Email address and role (e.g., Rights holder, Brand, Agency) when you register for launch updates.

  • Website URL (optional) and any information you include in free-text fields or replies.

Data we generate or obtain

  • Public information from the URL you submit (e.g., category cues, social links).

  • Device/usage data: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, campaign parameters (UTMs).

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, ethnicity) or data about children.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with:

  • Service providers (processors) that help us operate the Site and communications (e.g., website/hosting, email delivery, form handling, analytics, security).

  • Professional advisers (legal, compliance) and authorities where required by law.

  • Successor entities in the event of a reorganisation, merger or acquisition.

All processors are bound by contracts to process personal data only on our instructions.

  • Waitlist/registration records: up to 24 months after your last interaction or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner.

  • Support emails: up to 24 months after closure.

  • Server/security logs: typically 12 months.

  • Cookie data: per cookie’s stated duration (see cookie control).

We may retain limited data longer where required to meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Subject to UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data and receive a copy

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Erase your data (where applicable)

  • Restrict or object to processing (including a right to object to direct marketing at any time)

  • Data portability (where applicable)

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
