Welcome to Sponza (“Sponza”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at sponza.algominds.ai and any related pages we control (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Legal entity: Sponza is a trading name of SPONSORMATCH LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16709913). Registered office: 3rd Floor The Coade, 98 Vauxhall Walk, London, United Kingdom, SE11 5EL.

  1. What Sponza is (and isn't)

Sponza is developing an AI-powered platform that connects rights holders (e.g., clubs, leagues, events, venues, federations) with brands for sponsorship opportunities. This Site is a holding page to explain our proposition and collect registrations of interest ahead of the full launch.

  • We currently do not execute sponsorship contracts or collect sponsorship payments on the Site.

  • Matches and introductions are suggestions only. You are responsible for your own due diligence, negotiations, and contracts.

  • Sponza is not a party to any sponsorship agreement between you and another party.

  1. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act on behalf of your organisation. You agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • comply with applicable laws (including advertising, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and data protection laws);

  • not misuse the Site (including no scraping, reverse engineering, security testing, spam, or unlawful/harmful content).

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

  1. Registering for updates (waitlist)

You may submit details (e.g., email, role, website URL) to register for launch updates.

  • We’ll use your details in line with our Privacy Policy (see §10).

  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in our messages.

  • Please do not share confidential or sensitive information in open text fields.

An automatic confirmation email may be sent after registration.

  1. Pre-release and beta notices

Any previews, descriptions, or mock-ups on the Site relate to pre-release services and may change. We do not guarantee timelines, features, accuracy, or availability.

  1. Matches, introductions and fees.

  • Sponza may, in future and outside this Site, facilitate introductions between rights holders and brands.

  • Fees: We only charge a success-based commission to the seller (rights holder) when a deal closes. There are no subscription or upfront fees. Our fees are lower than traditional agencies.

  • Any specific commercial terms (including commission rates) will be set out in a separate written agreement and do not form part of these Site Terms.

  1. Your content and licence.

If you provide content (e.g., your website URL, brand or property details), you grant Sponza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate, improve, and communicate about our services. You confirm you have rights to provide such content and that it is lawful and accurate.

  1. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, and all trademarks and logos are owned by or licensed to Sponza and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

  1. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or security. You access them at your own risk.

  1. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). We shall not be liable for any: loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under law.

  1. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice (linked in the footer). These explain how we handle personal data, marketing consents, and cookies in accordance with UK GDPR.

  1. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
